On April 7, 1885, William M. Irvine, who resided at Richmond, Kentucky, executed his will. Tie died in the-early part of April, 1891, and his will was duly probated on the 6th day of April of that year. He was married *747but had no .children and left surviving him his widow, Elizabeth S. Irvine, who died a resident. of Madison county, Kentucky, November 25, 1920, leaving a last will and testament which was probated in the Madison county court on the 6th day of December'following her death.
