BAZELON, Chief Judge:

Appellant was sixteen years of age at the time of the alleged housebreaking and robbery involved herein. The Juvenile Court waived jurisdiction [D.C. Code § 11-914 (1961), now § 11-1553 (Supp. IV, 1965)], and he was tried and convicted in the District Court. Before trial he unsuccessfully objected to the waiver on the grounds that (1) he was not represented by counsel in the Juvenile Court; (2) the Juvenile Court failed to conduct a “full investigation” as required by statute; and (3) the Juvenile Court abused its discretion.
