MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER I. INTRODUCTION

ALBRITTON, District Judge.

This cause is before the court on a Motion to Dismiss filed by defendants Aabama State University (“ASU”) and Dr. Roosevelt Step-toe (“Dr. Steptoe”) (collectively referred to as “the Defendants”) on May 30,1996.

On May 10, 1996, Debbie D. Moore (“the Plaintiff”) filed this action, in this court. In her Complaint and amendment thereof, the Plaintiff alleges that the Defendants unlawfully discriminated against her on the basis of sex, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
