Appellee Federal Compress & Warehouse Company filed its bill of interpleader in the chancery court of Sunflower county against appellees Cohn Bros., a partnership composed of Samuel and Louis Cohn, and their tenants, J. B. and IT. T. Crow, and appellants Andrew Schmitt and J. M.
