OPINION AND ORDER

WHEELER, Judge.

This case is before the Court following a review by the Board for Correction of Military Records, Office of the General Counsel, United States Department of Homeland Security (“the Board”). The Court ordered a remand to the Board on June 1, 2006 to review alleged errors and back pay issues relating to Plaintiffs service in the Coast Guard. Baird v. United States, 71 Fed.Cl. 536 (2006). On September 28, 2006, the Board issued its decision (BCMR No.2006-130), granting in part and denying in part Plaintiffs request for correction of his military records.…
