I. INTRODUCTION
Two matters are before the Court: 1) the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2004-AR4 (“Deutsche Bank”) and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Chase”), as the loan servicer for Deutsche Bank (jointly, the “Defendants”); and 2) the Defendants’ Motion to Strike Forensic Audit Report.
