Monica Zajac (Claimant) appeals the August 17, 1992 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Blair County (trial court), which affirmed the July 16, 1992 decision of the Altoona Housing Authority (Housing Authority), terminating Claimant’s federally funded Section Eight 1 housing assistance for fraudulent nondisclosure of household composition and income and recommending recovery of the rental subsidies paid on Claimant’s behalf.
