Affirming.
This action was instituted to recover $2,000 on an insurance policy by which appellant promised to pay appellee as beneficiary $1,000 upon receipt of proof of the death of her husband, William E. Milner, and an additional $1,000 in the event his death resulted solely from bodily injuries caused directly, exclusively, and independly of all other causes by external, violent, and purely accidental means.
