This was a suit in the city court of Savannah, by the Georgia Cotton Company, as shipper and consignee, against the Central of- Georgia Railway Company, for the value of sixty-', five bales of cotton, transported over the lines of the defendant from several points in Alabama to Troy, Alabama. The entire shipment being within the State of Alabama, counsel for both parties properly agreed to try the' case according to the Alabama decisions.
