CHRISTIAN, Judge.

The offense is robbery with firearms; the punishment, confinement in the penitentiary for twenty-five years.

H. M. Brock, the injured party, was cashier of the Cotton Oil Company of Texarkana. About two years before the robbery appellant had had a transaction with Mr. Brock, in which he had bought some cotton-seed hulls. It appears that Mr. Brock had not seen appellant since the occasion last mentioned until the day of the robbery.
