We address all of Harry John Coughlin's, Jr.'s, arguments and affirm the trial court's judgment in an unpublished memorandum. Coughlin v. State (No. CR-00-2610, May 31, 2002) ___ So.2d ___ (Ala.Crim.App. 2002) (table). However, we felt it necessary to address the dissent both in this case and in the similar case, also affirmed by unpublished memorandum, ofCoughlin v.
