Appellant is the owner of approximately 756 acres of land situated in Bankin County. Prior to his acquisition of this land, and in the year 1930, two easements were granted by his predecessors in title over parts of this land for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a pipe line or lines consisting of one or more pipes and appurtenances thereto, including telephone or telegraph lines in connection therewith, and the free right of ingress and egress to and from said right of way for the purpose of laying, constructing, maintaining, repairing, replacing, operating or removing…
