Affirming.

In accordance with the orders of the hoard of education of Shelby county, the Bagdad consolidated school district was established, composed of certain school sub-districts and a tax of 25c.on every $100.00 of property was voted and levied for the support of the school, as provided by the statute. After this in August, 1923, the board of education consolidated with the Bagdad consolidated district, a part of the old Christiansburg sub-district, thus creating in effect a new consolidated school district as the old Christiansburg subdistrict…
