CLARK, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment dismissing their complaint as liquidating directors of the European Linen Importing Corporation in an action on a war risk insurance policy for goods lost during the Japanese wartime occupation of Hongkong. Federal jurisdiction was rested upon the diverse citizenship of the parties. The substantial question is whether or not the undoubted loss of the goods can be found to have occurred within the period of coverage of the policy.
