Appellants are residents and electors of Common School District No'. 40, of Benton County, Arkansas, and constitute a majority of the electors residing in said district. They filed a petition with the county board of education of Benton County, praying that said district be dissolved, and that all of the territory in said district be annexed to the Rogers Special School District, which adjoins District No. 40.
