This is an appeal from the judgment of the trial court awarding alimony to plaintiff in error.- Plaintiff in error was plaintiff below. And on the_ day of March, 1926,. by the consideration of the trial court, a decree of divorce from the •defendant was granted plaintiff, awarding the care and custody of the two minor children of plaintiff and defendant together with alimony in the sum of $1,000 to be paid in monthly installments, $40 per month and the further sum of $50 per month for the support of said minor children, From the judgment a/warding -alimony, plaintiff appeals.
