— The only question presented in this- case arises upon overruling a- demurrer, alleging the insufficiency of the-facts stated in the second paragraph'of the complaint to-constitute a cause of action. The allegations are as follows :
“ Par. 2; John S. Brown, Robert M. Ramsay, Aaron II. Blair and Lewis Wallace complain of William B.
