OPINION OF THE COURT
De GIULIO, Senior Judge:
Appellant was tried by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of sodomy with a child under the age of sixteen, indecent acts with a child under the age of sixteen, and indecent liberties with a child under the age of sixteen, in violation of Articles 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, U.S.C. §§ 925 and 934 (1982) [hereinafter UCMJ].
