Plaintiff in error, G. W. Gilbert, was found guilty of having committed a contempt of the court in the county court of Boone county and was sentenced to pay a fine of $150 and to imprisonment in the county jail for twenty-four hours. A writ of error to the county court was sued out of the Appellate Court for the Second District to review the judgment and sentence of the county court. That court reversed the judgment of the county court, with an order that plaintiff in error be discharged.
