RAMEY, Chief Justice.

The State of Texas brings this appeal to challenge the granting of a motion to quash the indictment which charged Ap-pellee, Jonathan Campbell, with the offense of abuse of official capacity. Appellant claims the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing the indictment for lack of specificity in its allegations and for failure to state an offense. We will affirm.
