Order, Supreme Court, New York County (James Yates, J.), entered July 18, 2002, which granted the application pursuant to CFLR article 78, vacated petitioners’ respective license revocations and remanded the matter to respondent agency for appropriate disciplinary proceedings under the New York City Administrative Code, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the petition denied and the proceeding dismissed.
