The issue in this appeal involves a question of law based upon undisputed facts. The question is whether the court erred in quashing an execution sought by plaintiffs to enforce a money judgment entered on December 27, 1982, in favor of plaintiffs against Villager Homes, Inc., and permanently enjoining plaintiffs from selling or levying upon certain real estate where Villager Homes, Inc., was the record owner at the time the judgments were entered.
