The order appealed from settles the intermediate account of the substituted committee of the incompetent for the period from March 30, 1936, to March 30,-1941.
Attention has frequently been called to the fact that persons judicially declared incompetent are wards of the State and of the Supreme Court. In Sporza v. German Savings Bank (192 N.
