KELLY, Circuit Judge.

Following denial of his motions to suppress, 1 Anthony Bearden entered a conditional plea of guilty to conspiracy to manufacture marijuana plants, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1), and 841(b)(1)(A), and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug-trafficking offense, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A). The district court 2 found Bearden was a career offender and sentenced him to 180 months’ im prisonment.
