MYERS, Associate Judge:

John F. Casey Company, hereinafter referred to as appellant, contracted in 1960 with Eagle Patrol Service, Inc., a Maryland corporation, for security guard services at its construction sites in the Maryland-District of Columbia area. These services were utilized until December, 1961, at which time, through an audit of its books, appellant found what it alleges were overcharges and resultant overpayments of $3,571.20.
