This is an appeal from a decree of the former Court of Chancery dismissing a bill seeking to impress a lien upon certain lands in Ridgewood in the County of Bergen. The decisive issue is whether the facts adduced give rise to a constructive trust resulting from an alleged unjust enrichment.
