—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Daniel Sullivan, J.), rendered March 16, 1992, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of ZVi to 7 years and an unconditional discharge, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
