In a foreclosure action involving two parcels of real property situated in Suffolk County, defendants Walter and Margaret Doner appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Orgera, J.), dated July 31, 1984, which denied their *285motion, inter alia, to permanently enjoin the foreclosure sale of parcel No. 2.
