RIVES, Circuit Judge:

A one count indictment charged that Franicevich conspired 1 with Calvin J. Pelas, Sr., a eoconspirator but not a co-defendant, to violate 18 U.S.C. § 2275 2 “by wilfully and feloniously removing the engines and navigational instruments of a vessel of the United States, with the intent to injure or endanger the safety of said vessel.” (Emphasis added.) Upon a jury’s verdict of guilty, the district court entered a judgment of conviction and sentenced Fran-ieevieh to imprisonment for a period of 42 months. Franicevich appeals and we affirm.
