This is an appeal from the Pierce County District Court’s order denying defendants- appellants Walter Doubek and Esther Dou-bek’s motion for summary judgment in the above entitled case.

On 18 February 1976 a collision occurred between pickup trucks operated by Joseph F. Becker and Walter Doubek, respectively, resulting in Joseph F. Becker’s death and injuries to Walter and Esther Doubek, who was a passenger in the Doubek vehicle.
