DaimlerChrysler Corp. (the defendant) appeals from an order entered by the circuit court of Madison County denying the defendant’s motion to transfer venue and motion to dismiss on forum non conveniens grounds. Because we believe that the circuit court erred in denying the defendant’s motion to transfer venue, this is the only issue we need to address. The facts in this case are as foEows.
