*133 Defendant Deshawn Lamar Perry appeals judgments entered after a jury convicted him of misdemeanor resisting a public officer and of felonious common law robbery, he later pled guilty to attaining habitual felon status, and the trial court sentenced him for common law robbery as an habitual felon.
