This bill was filed by Thomas Adkins for the partition of a farm in Goochland county, containing 430.87 acres, between himself, one brother and two sisters, who derived the same jointly from their father. The bill alleges the farm to be in a neglected condition, incapable of division in kind, and that the interest of the parties concerned would be promoted by a sale of the place as a whole and a. division of the proceeds.
