MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JACKSON, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

The debtor, Lake Ridge Associates (“Lake Ridge”) and Nationsbank of Virginia, N.A. (“Nationsbank”) appeal separate issues from the bankruptcy court’s disposition of this ease. 1 Lake Ridge appeals the bankruptcy court’s order dated February 1, 1994, in which the court granted Nationsbank’s motion to lift the automatic stay pursuant to § 362(d)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code. 2 Nati-onsbank appeals the bankruptcy court’s order dated February 9, 1994, in which the property in question was set for valuation pursuant to section 506(a)…
