This is a boundary suit brought by the appellee against the appellants in the form of an action of trespass to try title. The land sued for is thus described in the plaintiff’s petition: A part of the James Wells survey in.said (Harris) county and what was known as the old Levy place: Beginning 75 varas south 10 degrees east from the old Levy corner, said Levy corner being known by the meeting of two old ditches at the intersection of which an iron bolt, which point is 334 feet north 80 degrees east from the east line of the J.
