This is an appeal from the granting of a temporary injunction. The principal question presented is the nature and extent of condemnation power granted a municipal power agency under Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 1435a (Supp.1976). J. M. Hicks and others (appellants) brought suit against Texas Municipal Power Agency (appellee) to enjoin it from cutting survey lines, drilling core holes and otherwise invading appellants’ property.
