This appeal is being brought by plaintiff-appellant John A. Glick (Glick) from the trial court’s denial of his Petition to Enforce Judgment which requested that the defendants-appellees Department of Commerce of the State of Indiana and Industrial Promotions and Development Division of the Department of Commerce of the State of Indiana (hereinafter collectively referred to as the State) be required to pay interest on a $24,000 judgment entered in favor of Glick on September 28, 1976.
