Relator, George Harris, seeks by writ of habeas corpus to avoid extradition to the county of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, where he is charged with grand larceny. The district attorney, representing the warden of the city prison, the respondent, offered in evidence at the hearing the warrant of the Governor of New York directing that Harris be arrested and delivered to the agent of the Governor of Minnesota, Mr. Thure.
