FARRINGTON, District Judge.

In this case Emma Petersen presented as a preferred claim against the bankrupt a note for the sum of $3,000, secured by a chattel mortgage. The trustee objected to the claim, that it did not sufficiently describe the property, and that it was given to hinder, delay, and defraud the creditors of the bank-lupt. The claimant asks the court to review the order of the referee in bankruptcy sustaining these objections.
