Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Alex R. Renzi, J.), rendered June 28, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree and coercion in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously modified as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice and on the law by vacating the DNA databank fee, the sex offender registration fee, and the supplemental sex offender fee and by reducing the mandatory surcharge to $200 and the crime victim assistance fee to $10, and…
