This was a bill in chancery brought by Glencoe State Bank, hereinafter called “complainant,” to foreclose the lien of a certain trust deed made by Cole and his wife. Various mechanic lien claimants were made defendants, as was also the North Shore Bond and Mortgage Company, hereinafter called “cross complainant,” it being the holder of a trust deed conveying the same premises. The lien claimants filed their answers in the nature of intervening petitions seeking to enforce their liens.
