¶ 0 This office has received your request for an Attorney General Opinion in which you asked, in effect, the following questions:

1. Is a mediator who works for a dispute resolution programestablished by a county government under the provisions of 12O.S. 1991 and Supp. 1997, §§ 1801-1813, an employee of thatcounty? 2. Is such a mediator subject to the salary schedules andsalary limitations set forth in 19 O.S. Supp. 1997, §§180.62-180.68? 3.
