Tanh Keobapha (“the debtor”) filed a Chapter 7 petition on July 24, 2000. No objection to discharge from debt was filed and the court granted the debtor a discharge on February 22, 2001. The matter before the court arises from a motion filed on December 5, 2000, by Stuart Deglin, Judith Deglin, and Stuart Deglin, as Administrator of the Estates of Samantha A.
