Pashman, J.; Where the mother of a child is deceased, is the maternal grandmother of that child entitled to visit her by virtue of N. J. 3. A. 9:2-7.1 when the natural father and his second wife, who has legally adopted the child, refuse to permit visitation? That is the question presented on this appeal.
