W. Kenneth Stringer III, individually, and Monarch Capital Group, Inc. f/k/a Stringer, Watt and Williams (collectively “Stringer”) appeal a judgment affirming an arbitration award in favor of Harkleroad & Hermanee, P. C., and Donald R. Harkleroad, individually and in his capacity as President of Harkleroad & Hermanee, P. C. (collectively “Harkleroad & Hermanee”). Although Stringer filed two other appeals concerning this dispute, those appeals were dismissed.
