MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause is before the court on motion of defendants to abstain and dismiss plaintiffs claims for injunctive and declaratory relief and to stay plaintiffs remaining claims pending completion of the state court action involving plaintiff and two of the defendants, the Amite County School District (School District) and the Amite County Board of Education (School Board).
