This appeal results from granting appellees’ motion for a summary judgment. For reversal appellant contends that the pleadings and evidence constituted justiciable issues of fact for a jury.

Appellant brings this action, as next friend, to recover damages for permanent injuries sustained by her ten-year-old son, Edwin, when he was struck in the eye by a sky rocket discharged by appellees’ eleven-year-old child, Darrell.
