MEMORANDUM OPINION IN SUPPORT OF ORDER DENYING TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO MODIFY CHAPTER 13 PLAN TO PAY OFF CASE IN FULL

On February 21, 2007, came on for hearing the Motion to Modify Chapter 13 Plan to Pay Off Case in Full filed in the above styled and numbered case by the Chapter 13 Trustee, Stuart Cox. The Trustee appeared pro se, and the Debtor, Sonia Zava-la, appeared in person and through counsel. Counsel presented argument and the Debtor testified.
