This is an information brought by the attorney general, to restrain the Boston and Maine Railroad from increas ing its capita! stock for the purpose of extending its road iron *100Berwick to Portland, and from issuing the new stock at par to its stockholders, in pursuance of a vote of the corporation to that effect.
