Appellee sued appellant for damages to bis automobile. Tbe sole charge of negligence was that appellant’s truck suddenly stopped without warning or signal' of tbe fact that tbe truck was going to stop, resulting in tbe appellee’s automobile striking tbe rear of appellant’s truck. Tbe issue was tried before tbe county judge without a jury. At tbe conclusion of appellee’s case and at tbe conclusion of tbe trial, appellant moved to exclude tbe evidence and enter judgment for tbe appellant.
